The Women's T.E.A.M. Program is for women who know that moving their body boosts their confidence and that working in a team brings out the best in each person.

Each session includes 1 hour of curriculum and 1 hour of team empowering and purposeful discussion designed to allow you the athlete to connect and thrive.

  • 8 sessions, each 2 hours. All online for easy access
  • Each session includes 1-hour group facilitated discussion + 1-hour coaching and learning
  • T.E.A.M. program closed Facebook Group to ask questions, share challenges, get insights from each other as well as from your coach Andréa
  • Training Playbook to help take notes and put it all together
  • Hydration Mixology Manual for curated tasty and effective hydration recipes
  • List of questions and tests to ask for to improve sports and fitness performance
  • Year-long access to the recordings, handouts and copies of all the curriculum material

I enjoyed The Women's Team program as it was welcoming, informative, and collaborative. The "weekly huddle" to gain knowledge with like minded women was a great approach to learning how hormones affect us and our athletic pursuits.
