I’m a naturopathic doctor with over 15 years of clinical experience and decades of competitive sport adventures.

From racing marathon and pole vaulting to representing Canada at the World Championships of Beach Ultimate, I know how to play and compete solo and as part of a team.



As an athlete in my 40s I get it how lack of energy and fear of wasting time can cause significant obstacles to performance both in life and sport. I work with women to help them cut to the chase and up-level their energy and zest for life.



I am incredibly passionate about inspiring women to feel strong in body and mind and step into their feminine strength .
