I love to read to find inspiration, motivation and distraction 😊

This holiday season why not share some inspiration or up-level your own motivation.

Books to read

1 - The Art of Impossible: A peak performance primer. Steven Kotler

A look at the different drivers that prime us to break through “impossible”. How our psychology directly impacts our motivation, learning, creativity and our ability to get into flow. It’s easy to read science and guaranteed to shift your mindset optimal performance!

2 - Impact Medicine: The system than manages illness was never designed to build health. Dr Meghan Walker ND

Mind blowing looking at our healthcare system and it’s major shortcomings. While this book is meant for healthcare providers and clinician entrepreneurs, it’s a great read for anyone interacting with the healthcare system and wants to see positive change in this arena.

3 - What It’s Like To Be A Bird. David Allen Sibley

I mean, who doesn’t want to be a bird? Exploring feathers, behaviours, nesting and climate effects on a variety of common North American bird species. Mostly written in long point form, it’s easy to read in short doses. Knowing more about these cool creatures will make your next outdoor workout even more enjoyable.

Happy reading!
